Please feel free to contact me if you cannot find the answer to your question below and I'd be happy to help.
Coaching is an interactive experience where we discover your goals and your passions and use them to help you accomplish any goal you set yourself. At the heart of all coaching is the desire to improve yourself. My role is to help you to create something far beyond your ideal scenario.
100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions. The only exception is that if you talk about harming yourself or others, the appropriate authorities will need to be informed.
You will only get out what you put in. The results depend on you and how much time and energy you commit to the process, to applying any new insights and learnings between coaching sessions, ready to discuss them with your coach for further guidance and support. If you are looking for a quick fix without doing the work required, this process isn't for you.
Any challenge in your professional or professional life. Some of the common issues are feeling stuck, professional fatigue and burnout, imposter syndrome, fear, limiting beliefs, procrastination, motivation, workload and overwhelm. I also coach of strategic planning, decision making and team optimisation.
I can help you with any type of transition including transitioning to another role or industry, support after receiving a promotion, retirement and changing careers.
These can last anywhere between 45 - 90 minutes and will depend on what has been agreed upon with your coach and what your individual needs are.
The most popular programme I run is a 4 month programme of 10 sessions. Each session lasts between 60-90 minutes depending on what suits you. We can create a programme that is specific to your budget, time and personal requirements. Please get in touch to see what we can create together. Many of my clients sign up for a second and third programme.
Coaching is about getting results. There will be some pre-work involved and work to complete in between sessions. The work is to facilitate your growth and development and only yours. You will of course get out of it whatever you put in.
This is not like the coaching I offer to Executives and Leaders. Life coaching is applied to your life and can look at any part of your life such as relationships, money, partners, children. The coaching is there to help you to unlock your potential. We will look at your goals, where you are in relation to those goals and how we can get you there. Whatever your role, age, time of life or experience, almost everyone can benefit from life coaching.
Yes! Our team is central to our success as a manager and leader. We can create a programme that brings back their focus and shared purpose. Your team will be inspired to ask for help at the right time, feel engaged in their role and within the organisation, feel they are contributing something valuable and worthwhile, feel empowered, and their manager cares about their well-being and success. You will be equipped with all the tools you need to make both you and your team a success.
You will find this leads to an increase in productivity and positive emotions will invigorate and empower your team. Staff who are happy aim higher, persist longer, feel less stress and tiredness, work better together and are more creative.
Yes! Whether this is 121 coaching or group coaching or both. We can design a coaching programme around your team members and their specific needs. Please get in touch!
It's very simple, just fill out the form on the 'Contact me' page or press any of the blue buttons which will allow you to send me an email. We will then arrange a 45-minute Chemistry Call to discuss your challenges.
This a free of charge 45 minute minute call between you and I where we get to know one another, assess if we want to work together and have a discussion of the areas I can help you with.
I'm based in the UK and have clients both in the UK and around the world.
I have never met anyone that is un-coachable. Simply that coaching may not be the right type of support you require at that time. It may be that mentoring or consulting would suit you better. In some cases, professional help and assistance may be more appropriate. Please get in touch if you are in any doubt, as quick friendly chat will help to determine what is right for you.
These are 2 different approaches to professional development, although they share some similarities. A mentor is someone who shares their knowledge skills and experience to help another grow. A coach will provide guidance to the client on their goals and help them to achieve them and reach their full potential.
You will reach your goals in a much shorter period of time, through a focused and structured programme with accountability and full professional support. Goals are achieved quicker when there is a clear plan, a bespoke programme that is structured around your specific needs, where you are accountable for your progress each session and 100% support from your coach. The coaching will optomise your personal and professional growth.
Yes! I have a number of clients that are neurodiverse. We will discuss what your specific challenges are and examine your specific learning style. The coaching is aimed at working with you and in harmony with your strengths and who you are.
